BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please familiarise yourself with this information

Ticket Despatch

In order to meet the acceptance of credit card via mail order conditions, all tickets will be despatched to the billing address for the credit card.

Price Guarantee

Prices are only guaranteed once full payment has been received and tickets have been issued. Prior to this, all booking prices are subject to increase without notice.

Amendments & Cancellations

Air Reservations

Many scheduled and most consolidated air fares, carry amendment and cancellation fees sometimes up to 100%. It is important that all customers check the fare rules prior to confirming their reservations detailed under the fare quote. Click through for further details on full fare notes. Amendments and cancellations cannot be processed until the original tickets have been returned. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible. Generally totally unused tickets can be processed within 5 working days, but may then take between 6-8 weeks to appear on your credit card statement. In the meantime, many card issuers will allow the item to be placed in dispute to avoid interest charges. The ticketing agent, supply agent or supplier of services accept no liability for interest charges incurred for outstanding refunds. For scheduled air fares, an administration fee of £30 per ticket will be applied to all amendments and cancellations in addition to the airline's standard fees. Partially unused tickets may have to be returned to the issuing airline to calculate the refund due (if any) which normally takes 6-12 weeks to process. In some isolated cases this can take up to 9 months. Tickets issued for consolidated air fares are subject to an administration fee of £80 in addition to the charges applied by the airline.

Cruise Reservations

All cancellations must be received in writing. There is a scale of cancellation fees dependent on when this is received. Alterations to the booking may or may not incur a penalty.

Insurance

Insurance is 100% non-refundable.

Please contact our customer support centre in writing, or via our email feedback form with any issues you may have with any part of our service. SITE and BOOKING SECURITY
How safe your booking is with us

Why booking your travel is safe with us

None of the customers, who have booked through this site, have reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us. We are so confident about the transaction security we offer on our site, that we back every purchase with a security guarantee.

Our secure order process software encrypts all your personal information, including credit or debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.

We take every precaution to keep all your information secure. We use a unique rolling algorithm for encrypting your personal information (including credit card details). As you enter personal information (such as your password, address and phone number, or your credit card number), it is encoded so that it is available only to you and us. This security protects you from impostors, eavesdroppers and vandals that might otherwise access your information as it travels from one computer to another. With this security, you can send your credit card number to us without risk of interception. Our security make shopping over the Internet safer than shopping by telephone.

In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges that result from unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, or may limit your liability to just £50.00

If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, we will cover your liability up to £50.00 provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own, from purchases made on this site, while using our secure server.

A few important notes:

This guarantee only applies to credit or debit card purchases made using this site’s secure server.
This guarantee covers a maximum liability of £50.00.

In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Still prefer not to send your credit or debit card number via the Internet?

Then, to finish booking, please call us by telephone on the number displayed on the Booking Request Form.

We will be happy to speak to you and one of our travel consultants will complete the booking.

ATOL

"ATOL" (Air Travel Organiser's Licence), is granted by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). Firms selling consolidated air travel and packaged travel arrangements in the UK are required by law to hold an ATOL. An ATOL provides consumer protection in the event of supplier failure and will protect you from losing money, or being stranded abroad. Before a firm is granted an ATOL, it has to lodge guarantees with the CAA; in the event of a business failure, the CAA refunds those people whose arrangements can no longer be honoured, and ensures that people already abroad are able to complete their arrangements and fly home. This protection is included in the price of any arrangements booked with an ATOL- holder.

We and/or the ticketing agents act as “Retail agents for ATOL Holders”.

Read more about ATOL on their web site: www.atol.org.uk <http://www.atol.org.uk/>
IATA
“IATA” stands for the International Air Transport Association. IATA regulate airfares and act as a bonding agency allowing an agency displaying their symbol to sell tickets legitimately. A customer who books their air tickets with an IATA bonded agency can be confident that the airline has trust in the agency to sell at legitimate and fair prices.

Visit the IATA web site for more information: <http://www.iata.org/missgoal.htm>
